Food Service Options
Buffet Service- Served by HG staff

Plated Meal Service (+$5 per person)
Plated meals are our most formal dining option. Servers bring plates directly to seated guests. If selecting two entrée options (additional charge), an accurate entrée count and labeled table cards are required.
Children’s meals (12 and under) available. Costs do not affect package minimums.

Dinner Entrées
All entrée selections include a choice of House or Caesar Salad, two sides (one side where noted), bread and butter, and a beverage station with lemonade, iced tea, water, and coffee (coffee/tea by request).
Special dietary meals available upon request.

Gourmet Entrée Selections
$20 per person + 6% tax and 20% service charge (all fees are included in the package rates)
Herb Roasted Chicken
Roasted chicken (choose white or dark meat) coated with oils, herbs, and spices. Served with our house made gravy on the side.
Creamy Garlic Chicken
Roasted chicken breast served with a creamy Parmesan garlic sauce and topped with fresh pico de gallo.
Tuscan Chicken
Fresh herb-baked chicken breast topped with a rich, creamy spinach sauce and roasted seasoned tomatoes.
Amandila Chicken
Tender chicken breast seasoned, baked, and topped with melted cheese and crispy bacon. Mustard glaze optional.

Glazed Pork Loin
Garlic & herb oil marinated pork loin finished with Dijon or bourbon glaze.
Tender Beef Tips (add +5 per person)
Slow-roasted seasoned beef served in rich gravy.
Classic Pot Roast (add +$5 per person)
Slow-braised beef roast seasoned with herbs and spices, cooked until fork-tender in a rich, savory gravy. Served with classic mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables for a comforting, hearty entrée.
BBQ Feast (+$5 per person)
Brined, smoked, and grilled BBQ chicken served with coleslaw, baked beans, and sweet cornbread. Additional meat(s) and sides are available by request.

Layers of pasta, seasoned ground meats, tomato sauce, and cheeses baked until bubbly.

Vegetarian or Vegan Lasagna (one side | 8-person minimum)
Layers of pasta, sauteed vegetables, tomato sauce, and cheeses baked until bubbly (cheese substituted for vegan).
Classic Chicken Alfredo (one side)
Creamy Alfredo sauce served with fettuccine or penne and Parmesan cheese. Shrimp substitution +$4 per person.
Cajun Penne (one side)
Creamy Cajun sauce tossed with pasta, chicken, sausage, and vegetables. Add shrimp +$4 per person.

If only one or a few vegetarian requests are made for an event, the kitchen staff determines the vegetarian option to be served.

Bell peppers filled with seasoned rice and vegetables, baked and topped with melted cheese.
